Grasping Policy Orientation and Enhancing Service Quality | Company Organizes Special Learning and Training Activities on New Policies

To ensure that the company's business teams always grasp policy directions and continuously enhance service capabilities, on March 15, 2025, the company organized management personnel from business segments such as engineering consulting, bidding agency, cost control, engineering supervision, and project management to conduct a focused learning and training activity on new policies. 

Guo Lixiao, the company's chief project planner, and Yang Haitao, the deputy manager of the procurement management department, comprehensively interpreted four new policies in the areas of special bonds and engineering supervision bidding: 

>"Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Optimizing and Improving the Management Mechanism of Local Government Special Bonds" (GBF [2024] No. 52) ; 

>"Notice of the Ministry of Natural Resources on Using Local Government Special Bond Funds to Recover and Purchase Stocks of Idle Land" (ZNRZ [2024] No. 242) ; 

>"Notice of the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Ministry of Finance on Doing a Good Job in Using Local Government Special Bonds to Support Land Reserves" (ZNRZ [2025] No. 45) ; 

>"Demonstration Text of Bidding Documents for Housing Construction and Municipal Infrastructure Engineering Supervision in Hebei Province (2025 Edition)".

Updating knowledge reserves and grasping the requirements of new policy directions are important foundations for the company to provide high-quality engineering consulting services to customers.
