On October 16th, the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China opened at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. The company's Party branch organized all Party members to watch the opening ceremony of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China together.

On the afternoon of November 25, 2021, the Federation of Industry and Commerce of Shijiazhuang City organized its staff and directly affiliated member enterprises to hold a special lecture on "Interpretation of the Spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China" at the Shijiazhuang Growth Branch of Geju Pingtianxia. The Party branch of Hebei Zhongyuan responded positively and organized Party members to actively participate in the study.

On October 15, 2020, a special party course on "Interpretation of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China" organized by the Pattern Business School was held at the Shijiazhuang Science and Technology Center. Li Yong'an and Sun Xiaopei from the Zhongyuan Party Branch in Hebei participated in this study on behalf of the branch. The special party lesson was taught by Yang Lixin, a Chinese civil law scholar and professor of Renmin University of China. Party members and comrades from several party and government organizations, such as the Hebei Provincial Department of Justice, the Hebei Provincial Procuratorate, and Pingshan Party School, also participated in the study.
