Exchange Promotes Development, Sharing Leads to Improvement | Company Invited to Attend Dingzhou City Construction Investment Project Management Empowerment and Enhancement Training

On the afternoon of June 28, 2024, Qin Youquan, the general manager of the company, was invited to attend the "Project Management Empowerment and Enhancement Training Conference" organized by Dingzhou Construction Investment Group. In this training, General Manager Qin Youquan had in-depth exchanges and discussions with the leadership team of China Construction Investment Group and attending guests on the focus and practical experience of project management, jointly exploring effective ways to improve project management level. 

During the communication session, General Manager Qin Youquan gave a thematic sharing on "Experience Exchange in Project Site Management", analyzing the key points of work in six aspects: project preparation stage, site quality management, safety management, schedule management, construction stage cost management, and completion acceptance stage management. And combined with multiple major social engineering cases and company practical experience, the focus and control measures in the project management process were shared from three aspects: pre project, during project, and post project control. 

Lu Kai, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Dingzhou Construction Investment Group, stated that this training has laid the foundation for improving the on-site management level of the group's projects, promoting high-quality construction of municipal construction projects and key projects of the Two Sessions Integration Office, and recognizing the engineering project management ability and experience of Hebei Zhongyuan.
