To promote the informatization, digitalization, and intelligent development of the engineering supervision industry in Hebei Province, and enhance the management level and service quality of supervision enterprises, the Hebei Construction Market Development Research Association organized and held the "Hebei Engineering Supervision Industry Informatization and Digital Management and Intelligent Service Experience Exchange Meeting (2024)" in Shijiazhuang on the afternoon of December 23, 2024. Our company was invited to participate in the meeting.
At the meeting, a total of eight outstanding enterprises shared their experiences. Du Yingyuan, the manager of our company's informatization center, shared "Digital and Intelligent Management Talents Are the Key Elements for the High-Quality Development of Supervision Enterprises". He mainly introduced the enterprise informatization platform, the current status of project informatization applications, and the application of BIM technology. Through analyzing the current situation and demonstrating application effectiveness, he discussed the future development direction in combination with reality and proposed that enterprises need to cultivate composite talents who understand both engineering and information technology, closely follow national policy guidance, and ensure high-quality sustainable development.
During the exchange session, Xu Rongxiang, the executive deputy general manager of our company, expressed her profound feelings after investigating advanced supervision enterprises in Chengdu and Chongqing. She analyzed the different needs of government departments, construction units, and supervision enterprises for informatization, digitalization, and intelligence based on the characteristics of projects in our province and the current status of informatization applications. She suggested that enterprises should focus on solving practical problems on site, systematically sort out feasible paths for informatization development, and improve the level of informatization through cooperation, self-construction, and other forms.
In the summary of the meeting, Ni Wenguo, the president of the Hebei Construction Market Development Research Association, pointed out that informatization is the only way for the supervision industry to achieve high-quality development. The construction of informatization should be based on enterprise management informatization, project management digitalization, and comprehensive consulting management digitalization and intelligence. At the same time, she proposed four key points for the development of informatization in the supervision industry: first, improve the level of understanding of informatization and actively promote informatization, digitalization, and intelligence; second, attach importance to talents and actively carry out talent cultivation to reserve talents for the construction of informatization; third, form strong alliances and actively explore paths for informatization development that are suitable for the actual situation in Hebei; fourth, use digitalization to empower and build high-quality supervision enterprises, keep pace with the times, innovate, and open a new chapter of high-quality development in the construction industry.
Through this meeting, we have benefited greatly. In the next stage, we will actively take more effective measures and reasonably plan the path of informatization construction. We will introduce intelligent facilities, equipment, and composite talents to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
