Mr.Qin Youquan

As the core manager of the company, Mr. Qin holds the titles of Registered International Project Manager (IPMP), National Registered Supervising Engineer, National Registered Cost Engineer, National Registered Consulting Engineer, and First Class Registered Constructor, with the title of Senior Engineer. He serves as a member of the Expert Committee of the China Construction Supervision Association, and also serves as the Chairman of the Expert Committee of the Hebei Construction Market Development Research Association, Vice President of the Hebei Construction Market Development Research Association, and a member of the Engineering Construction Full Process Consulting Professional Committee. He is also an outstanding contributor to the engineering supervision industry in Hebei Province. Mr. Qin has also made significant achievements in the academic field, serving as a member of the editorial committee for "China Construction Supervision and Consulting" and "Research on the Development of Hebei Construction Market", contributing to the dissemination of industry knowledge and sharing of experience. In terms of project management, he has led and completed the full process project management business of multiple large and medium-sized projects such as the GMP technical renovation project of the company's LeRentang. With solid professional knowledge and excellent leadership skills, he ensured the smooth progress and high-quality delivery of the projects. In addition, he actively participated in the preparation of industry standards, contributing his wisdom and professional insights to the development of local standards such as the Hebei Province Construction Project Management Regulations and the Hebei Province Whole Process Engineering Consulting Service Standards. He played an important role in regulating industry order and improving the overall level of the industry, and is the backbone of the company's engineering project management field.
