As a cost control expert for the company, Ms. Chang holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management, Senior Engineer, Registered First Class Cost Engineer, Registered Supervising Engineer, Registered First Class Constructor, and Consulting Engineer (Investment). Ms. Chang serves as a senior member of the China Construction Engineering Cost Management Association, as well as a mediator of the People's Mediation Committee for Engineering Cost Disputes of the Hebei Construction Engineering Cost Management Association, a member of the Expert Committee of the Hebei Construction Market Development Research Association, an expert of the Engineering Cost Dispute Consulting Center of the Hebei Construction Engineering Cost Management Association, and a scientific and technical expert in the installation engineering court of the Hengshui Intermediate People's Court in Hebei Province.
