Hebei Zhongyuan Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd. was established in 1992 and is a joint-stock enterprise specializing in consulting and management of the entire process of engineering project construction. In 1994, the Guangdong branch was established to engage in supervision and consulting services at the forefront of national investment and construction. In 1996, the enterprise was restructured into a limited company.
In order to improve the company's management level and standardize management behavior, it was the first in the engineering consulting service industry in the province to pass the ISO9002 international quality management system certification of China Construction Association in 1999. Later, it successively passed the ISO14001 environmental management system certification and GB/T28001 occupational health and safety management system certification, achieving the "three standard integration" certification.
